I have really missed being able to offer you the treatments that I know you love, and am so looking forward to seeing you all again 

My priority as always is to keep you as safe as possible, and prior to re-opening Enchanted Fields, I have implemented a few changes which I would like to make you aware of. During the time Enchanted Fields has been shut, I have completed the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection Prevention and Control course which is accredited by the Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists Ltd. I have since made several changes in the way that Enchanted Fields operate that you will notice when you next visit.

Should I feel ill or have symptoms of C0VlD-19, I will self-isolate immediately. This will mean that I will have to cancel your appointment at short notice. I appreciate that this may be inconvenient, but it is done entirely for your own safety. If your appointment is cancelled, you will be able to re-book again or if paid in advance you will be able to ask for a full refund or a voucher.

If you or any of the people you live with feel ill or display any symptoms of C0VlD-19 – please advise us as soon as possible and DO NOT COME TO ENCHANTED FIELDS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. I have amended our booking terms and conditions and you will not be charged for any appointments which you miss due to this illness.

Prior to your visit a consultation form will be emailed direct to you for completion and an email/phone call or message will be sent the day prior to your appointment to ensure that you do not display any COVID-!9 symptoms or are feeling at all unwell

For your safety and to maintain social distancing, I ask that you attend your appointments as close to the appointment time as possible. Please do not turn up early for appointments as this may mean that you come into contact with other clients who are just leaving or you may be asked to wait in your vehicle.

I have increased the frequency of cleaning of the treatment room, including making sure that common surfaces, toilets door handles etc. are steamed and or wiped clean using disinfectant products between each client 

All tools and equipment will be disinfected or sterilised in line with the specific manufacturers’ instructions for your safety.  

Wherever possible I will utilise environmentally, friendly, single use items during a treatment that will be disposed of safely after use to protect you from cross infection. 

You will have access to and be asked to use the hand sanitiser as soon as you enter the premises, this will also be available to you throughout your visit should you require 

As from Friday 24th July the government has made it mandatory for clients to wear a face mask, however it is NOT the responsibility for Enchanted Fields to enforce this, therefore the responsibility will be that of the clients (face masks are available should you require Enchanted Fields to provide) 

I will use the governmental required personal protective equipment (PPE) during your visit and during your treatment. 

I can confirm that the laundering of towels and uniforms is a priority I can assure you that all laundry is washed at 60 degrees C

All disposable items are bagged and safely removed from the treatment area between each client 

Please only bring in necessary belongings into the premises, there is parking directly outside Enchanted Fields therefore belongings can be locked inside your car 

I have carried out a risk assessment on all treatments and are confident that we can continue to provide these safely  

I understand the importance of good hand hygiene and we will ensure that I continue to wash my hands according to recommendations before the start of your treatment.

I will as always try to make your treatment as safe, comfortable, and enjoyable as possible. If you have any concerns about your treatments, please let me know and I will do what I can to assure you.

Cash payments are still accepted, however where possible I ask that you bring the correct change, or should you prefer you can pay for your treatment in advance using bank transfer

Water will continue to be provided in a disposable cup, or you are more than welcome to supply your own

All the above procedures have been implemented to be in accordance with Government guidelines. However, please be rest assured that Enchanted Field Holistic Therapies continue to work by our Pure Holistic Ethos 

My priority as always is to hold space for you to relax and forget about the outside world, to reconnect with yourself, in a safe, supported, and friendly environment.
