What to expect during the treatment 

The recipient remains fully clothed and can either lie down on a treatment couch or can be seated. The practitioner gently places their hands in a series of non-intrusive positions on or over the body. 

The recipient may feel heat or tingling sensations a sense of deep relaxation or inner peace during the treatment.
